This Excel dashboard will help you keep track of all your important numbers in your ministry. It tracks attendance, visitors, discipleship elements, demographics, small group sizes, and more. In addition, there are multiple graphs so you can see how your ministry is doing. The product includes the dashboard I used in the school year 21-22, a blank dashboard set up for 23-24, and a comprehensive how-to-use document.
