As the leader, it's your job to care for them. Not just because you want to keep them around, but because they're people, and we're in the people business.
When God Changes Your Calling
It was the week between Christmas and New Years of 2020. It had been a hard year, and I was on the edge of burn out. As I was taking stock of the year and planning for what’s next, I realized I was missing something.

15 Things I've Learned Over 15 Years of Ministry
Today is my 15th anniversary of vocational ministry. I owe my first job to Steve Lambert who saw potential in me and gave me a shot as a kid’s pastor. He paid for me to finish college, officiated my wedding, and gave my wife and I a place to live. I am forever thankful for his vision and generosity.
